She leads Grenergie's business development, partnerships and long-term vision for improving high-voltage operations.

Ben Darcy
Over 10 years' experience delivering high-voltage operations across offshore wind construction, commissioning and operational projects. Ben has worked on electrical systems up to 400 kV, leading safe energisation, authorisation and switching activities while supporting multiple European offshore wind developments. His practical experience underpins Grenergie's expertise in electrical safety, operational readiness and HV governance.
